Schedule Flexibility

We will arrange the schedule of our crew only after our Project Manager has met with you to review the details of the project, what hours are more convenient for you and your family. We even have crews available during the weekend in case you prefer to be present while we paint.

We will also protect your property with our $2,000,000.00 (Two million Dollars) General Liability Insurance.

Painting Process:

• Area preparation: cover all areas that will not be painted, protect floor and any furniture near the area with plastic and tarps.
• Surface preparation: patch and caulk all cracks and holes.
• Apply primer when needed or requested Roll and Brush all area to be painted. (Spray painting will be used only if the property is vacant).

Exterior Painting

A&H Painting will always follow a detailed process of surface preparation to guarantee the longevity of the application and paint, this process includes:

• Free Power Wash for the entire surface.
• Patch and Caulk all cracks and holes in the surface.
• Scrape any loose or peeling paint that was not removed with the power wash.
• Cover all areas that will not be painted like floors, windows, glass doors, etc.
• Apply Manufacturer recommended primer as needed or requested.

Painting:

• We offer high quality paints for our customer to choose from: Dunn Edwards, Frazee, Sherwin Williams, Benjamin Moore, ICI.
• Just tell us what color you want and we will take care of the rest.
• We Spray the body of the house (Stucco, Concrete, Etc).
• Trim and doors will be painted with brush and roll to guarantee a perfect finish.

Payment

Payment Terms:

• 50% up front
• 50% when job is finished
